Client Case Study House Set Out Caboolture
QSS were engaged by a builder who has been a client for several years to conduct a house set for a new residential home in Caboolture South, part of the Moreton Bay Regional Council area.
A set out survey was used to measure out the exact position of a proposed structure within the legal boundaries of the land.
Type of surveying works being completed: Building set out for a new residential home (405m2 block and approximately 200m2 home) and Form 16 certificate – to certify the build (location) was compliant with council regulations.
What was involved: The approved plans were compared to the corresponding CAD files to ensure there were no design variations. After pre-calculations were completed, a site visit was completed to set out the house to ensure it was built in the correct position as per approved plans.
Project outcome: Our client has continued to use our services as we have always completed their survey work on the day it has been requested. We are thorough in our calculations and set out process, ensuring accuracy and clarity for builders, creating a stress-free, fast and smooth process through to certification.
