• Identification Survey – Also known as a boundary survey, this will identify the exact property lines of your block.
• Building Set Out Survey – A set out survey will transfer approved architectural plans from the paper, onto the exact location on your land, ensuring accuracy during a build.
• Form 16 Certification – To assist with your building/council approvals, a building certifier requires a Form 16 Certificate from a registered cadastral surveyor certifying that a building has been constructed in accordance with approved plans. Not only are they provided to assist with height approvals, they are also provided to show that the construction has been set out in the correct position in relation to the property boundaries.
• Contour & Detail Survey – If you’re planning building work it’s important for your architect to start with an accurate survey of the land. Our contour and detail surveys provide the locations and levels of the land, as well as features such as services, trees, footpaths and other landmarks.
• Subdivision Survey – If you’re looking to subdivide your land from 1 Lot into 2, or numerous small Lots, QSS are here to simplify the process for you.
